Health First, Inc. providers proudly accept the Medicare Advantage Plan offered by Health First Health Plans for certain elective procedures.  Health First, Inc. does not contract with and does not accept any other Medicare Advantage plans for elective procedures.  Please verify your coverage before scheduling an elective procedure as you may be responsible for payment.
