Delta Dental coverage available through Health First Medicare Plans

Rockledge, FL (October 13, 2011)—Health First Health Plans, a local health insurance plan offering coverage to nearly 23,000 Medicare beneficiaries, is teaming up with Delta Dental Insurance Company (Delta Dental) to offer a dental coverage option for its Medicare Advantage plan members. Starting in 2012, DeltaCare®USA benefits are available through the Classic Plan (HMO-POS) for individuals and to employer groups offering Medicare Advantage plans to their retirees.

“Our alliance with Delta Dental allows us to offer an affordable option for seniors to seek dental services. We are proud to be part of that,” said James Beermann, vice president of sales and marketing at Health First Health Plans.

DeltaCare®  USA, a prepaid dental plan, offers a wide range of benefits with no annual deductible or maximum. Enrollees sign up with a contracted DeltaCare®  USA dentist to obtain care and pay set copayments for covered services.
